OUR TRAINING
We provide online and face-to-face training in Customer Experience to business owners and individuals of all experience levels. Our training will enable you to understand your customer pulse and help you arrive at customer retention techniques that will impress your customers. Customer Experience is not only our passion, we have also done in depth research in this field. We understand that gaining customer loyalty can be a daunting task, we therefore do not only teach Customer Experience Engineering ethos but are actively involved in the process and walk the journey with you in a partnership model.
Our online trainings are live and allow for real time engagement between the facilitator and attendees. We also endeavor to keep the size of the participants to a maximum of 10 to facilitate individual attention. For our physical training, we work with you to ensure optimal learning environment and carryout post training evaluation and follow up to ensure that you get value for money.
